Our intention from this first meeting with you, firstly is creating a place of safety and respect, for you to begin to gain an understanding of how we operate and particularly, why are we are so different from mainstream couples therapy. (we work as a couple is just the beginning….)
From this meet and greet, you can choose to take time to discuss before you commit, you may have more questions, and when you feel ready, you choose to begin your process. You may even choose to begin your process during the meet & greet…
It is important to be aware that we provide different levels of support, from sessions, to couples intimate getaways, to being “on call” when distress is really biting, to being on a “retainer” providing immediate support when required.
Both of us are retired farmers which provides another level of understanding for couples working together, small business’s and in remote locations, which is why we have perfected the online therapy practise.

If during any session, you’re not satisfied, then there is no charge, and you decide….
Your specific process will reflect your needs and desires in achieving the transformation you are seeking, and also choosing a time and day that suits your busy schedules… ( our flexibility is such that we meet you in your time schedule, which can be after hours and on weekends…)
It is normal that each of you may have differing opinions in how this may look, and that is perfectly ok.

What our work includes
Our work (in-person and online) can include somatic practice, some coaching, some counselling where required, relationship practices, emotional intelligence practices, breathwork, intimacy and pleasure practices (all sessions are clothes on), trauma healing and more.
Graeme has extensive business experience and qualifications, as well as agricultural and marketing experience.
Annette has a medical background as well as other significant life experiences that combine to give a depth of skill and experience that is unique.
We are not afraid to talk about sex, in a respectful and enlightening way. We are comfortable to support you in learning to create the sex life you both desire.
